During the meeting, through negotiations, it was agreed that: in terms of platform pricing algorithms, the "automatic trigger subsidy for extreme weather" feature will be optimized; the platform will establish a democratic publicity system for platform algorithms and labor rules, clearly indicating the delivery fee calculation rules on the order page. Regarding the mandatory rest rule, the platform will comprehensively upgrade the anti-fatigue rule, add a "reminder of the right to choose rest autonomously" function, allow riders to choose their preferred rest time period, increase flexibility in adjusting rest time, reduce delivery fatigue. In calculating delivery time, the platform will optimize the time estimation algorithm model and rules, optimize the safety speed limit rules, set a bottom threshold for delivery speed to ensure that riders receive a more reasonable and adequate delivery time; at the same time, the platform will timely incorporate real-time "traffic light" functions into network dispatchers' navigation and violation behavior control, provide violation behavior reminders, safety propaganda, etc., to help network dispatchers arrange delivery routes more reasonably and efficiently.
