ExxonMobil (XOM.US) plans to sell Singapore gas stations worth about $1 billion.
According to the Zhixun Finance and Economics app, media reports citing informed sources revealed that Aster Chemicals and Energy, the new operator of the Bukom refinery complex, plans to bid for the vast network of 58 complete gas stations owned by the American oil and gas giant ExxonMobil (XOM.US) in Singapore. The overall valuation of these gas station assets is estimated to be around $1 billion USD.
