Huazhu Group released data on April 25th showing that as of April 23rd, the overall hotel booking rate for the upcoming May Day holiday has increased by 1.3 percentage points compared to the same period last year and continues to rise. The booking rate for hotels in first-tier cities remains stable; the booking rate for hotels in second-tier cities has increased by 1.5 percentage points compared to last year; the booking rate for hotels in third-tier cities has increased by 2 percentage points compared to last year; and the booking rate for hotels in fourth-tier cities has increased by 4 percentage points compared to last year.
