The total assets of the banking sector in Shenzhen exceeded 13 trillion yuan.

At the news conference held by the Shenzhen Financial Supervision Bureau on April 24, it was learned that as of the end of March, the total assets of the banking industry in Shenzhen were 13.87 trillion yuan, with various loan balances totaling 9.79 trillion yuan and various deposit balances totaling 10.21 trillion yuan. The "Park Loan" program has been expanded and upgraded, with pilot banks providing credit amounts totaling 11.538 billion yuan to enterprises within the pilot parks as of the end of March. In the first quarter, Shenzhen continued to increase financial support in key areas, leading to a continuous decrease in loan costs. Data shows that the financing cost for new loans in the manufacturing industry in the first quarter was 2.57%, a decrease of 79 basis points compared to the same period last year.
