The Sudanese military claimed to have killed over 100 members of the Rapid Support Forces.

The Sudanese military issued a statement on the 12th stating that a fierce battle broke out between the military and a rapid support force in the capital of North Darfur State, Fashir City in the western part of the country, killing more than 100 members of the paramilitary organization.
