Arrow Element Technology and Shandong Haishangfa signed a contract to jointly build a liquid rocket comprehensive test site.

According to JYUAN Technology, on October 11, the Shandong Commercial Aerospace Industry Innovation and Development Conference was held in Haiyang. At the meeting, JYUAN Technology officially signed a contract with Shandong Offshore Commercial Aerospace Launch Service Co., Ltd. for the "JYUAN Technology Liquid Rocket Development and Comprehensive Testing Base" project. This cooperation focuses on the research, testing, and launch service support capacity building of the MetTraveler-1 reusable liquid carrier rocket.
