China Mobile releases 2027 Pan-Alliance cooperation strategy.

On November 6, during the 2026 Mobile Network Conference, China Mobile held the Pan-Alliance Device-Channel Co-creation Cooperation Forum, releasing the 2027 Pan-Alliance cooperation strategy centered on the evolution direction of the intelligent terminal industry and new paths for device-channel co-creation, and joining guests from the industrial chain including terminals, chips, channels, intelligent agents, and services to explore new opportunities in industrial transformation and open up new prospects for Pan-Alliance cooperation. Chen Yangfan, General Manager of China Mobile, attended the forum and presented awards to outstanding partners in the industrial chain. Zhang Dong, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile, and Wang Xiaoyun, Chief Engineer of China Mobile, attended the forum. At the forum, China Mobile, focusing on the 5.0 operational upgrade of the Pan-Alliance, grandly released the 2027 Pan-Alliance cooperation strategy. First, standards upgrade, focusing on the two major directions of 5G terminal upgrades and 6G terminal guidance to renew connectivity; second, product upgrade, creating customized phones and pan-terminals for the AI era to consolidate the terminal foundation; third, model upgrade, promoting Token operations, accelerating the shift from Byte to Token, and carrying China Mobile's distinctive AI capabilities and proprietary services for large-scale implementation; fourth, marketing upgrade, enhancing customer experience through upgraded one-stop marketing services for precise device replacement and dual-channel online and offline renewal; fifth, service upgrade, focusing on phone peripherals, maintenance services, and after-sales repair to create a trinity of one-stop considerate services.
