AsiaInfo Security: Plans to Change Company Name, Securities Abbreviation, and Business Scope

AsiaInfo Security announced that the company plans to change its Chinese name to AsiaInfo Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd., change its securities abbreviation to AsiaInfo Group, and keep its securities code 688225 unchanged; at the same time, it will adjust its business scope, adding general items such as artificial intelligence hardware sales and licensed items such as internet information services, and accordingly amend its Articles of Association. This change is based on the company's strategic planning. After completing the controlling acquisition of Hong Kong-listed AsiaInfo Technologies in November 2024, its digital intelligence business revenue in 2025 was 6.320 billion yuan, accounting for more than 80% of total revenue, and the business has been upgraded to a "security + digital intelligence" strategic synergy. The relevant matters still need to be approved by the shareholders' meeting and approved by the market regulatory authorities, and the change of the securities abbreviation needs to be approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
