His resignation report took effect on October 10, 2026. After leaving, he will not hold any position in the company or its controlled subsidiaries and does not hold any company shares. The company's third board of directors appointed Feng Qidong as general manager, removed him from the position of deputy general manager, and nominated Feng Qidong as a candidate for non-independent director of the third board of directors, submitting the matter to the company's fourth extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026 for review.
