Ganfeng Lithium: Providing RMB 600 million joint liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary Ganfeng International

Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company signed a maximum amount guarantee contract with the Dongguan Branch of China CITIC Bank to provide RMB 600 million in joint and several liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary GFL International Co., Ltd. The guarantee period is three years from the date of expiration of the debt performance period under the principal contract. This guarantee falls within the RMB 20 billion guarantee quota for subsidiaries approved by the company at its first extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026. As of now, the company's actual guarantee amount for controlled subsidiaries is RMB 15.074 billion, of which the actual guarantee amount for Ganfeng International is RMB 1.573 billion; the total external guarantee amount of the company and its controlled subsidiaries is RMB 24.293 billion, accounting for 53.81% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
