Suspected of accepting HK$20 million in bribes, former Greentown China board chairman Zhang Yadong has been prosecuted by the Hong Kong ICAC, company responds.

Regarding the filing of charges against Zhang Yadong, Greentown China responded that the former director involved had already left the company in March 2025 and has not participated in any of the company's business management affairs since. The company has always adhered to lawful and compliant operations and has cooperated with the ICAC investigation. At present, the company's business is operating normally, the team is stable, and performance remains solid.
