Suspected of accepting HK$20 million in bribes: Zhang Yadong, former chairman of Greentown China (03900.HK), has been prosecuted by the Hong Kong ICAC.

Zhito Finance APP has learned that on October 9, the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption this morning charged a then-chairman of a listed company, accusing him of allegedly accepting HK$20 million in bribes from a shareholder who is a Dalian real estate developer, causing the listed company to acquire a local real estate project for RMB 440 million. The case was mentioned in the Eastern Magistrates' Courts today.
