Solidigm, a subsidiary of SK Hynix, is considering an initial public offering in the United States as early as next year, according to people familiar with the matter. The world's second-largest memory chipmaker is in talks with potential investment banking advisors about listing its NAND memory business unit, the sources said, with the information not yet made public. Some of the people said Solidigm could be valued at up to $100 billion after the listing. The discussions are still ongoing, and details such as the timing and valuation of the offering may still change.
