The property refers to a multi-storey industrial building located at 150-164 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, known as United Cargo Centre. The property under Tenancy Agreement I comprises the entire floors of 7th to 12th floors and 20th floor of the property, together with three lorry parking spaces and three private car parking spaces. The property under Tenancy Agreement II comprises Rooms 11 to 17 on the 13th floor of the property.
