Borretton (01333) completes placement of a total of 16.6 million shares, raising approximately HK$159 million net

Zhito Finance APP News, Borelton (01333) announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing was completed on September 18, 2026. A total of 16.6 million new H shares (representing approximately 4.42% and approximately 4.07% of the issued H shares and the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares), respectively, as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares immediately after completion of the placing) have been successfully placed to no fewer than six placees at the placing price of HK$10.28 per H share in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the placing agreement.
