Yili International (00585.HK): Tan Wenkang Appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee

Zhito Finance APP news, Emperio International (00585.HK) announced that with effect from September 18, 2026: Mr. Miao Xi, currently an independent non-executive director, will cease to serve as chairman of the Company's audit committee, but will remain an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee, the Company's nomination committee and the Company's remuneration committee; and Mr. Tan Wenkang, currently an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as chairman of the audit committee and will continue to serve as chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee.
