Jirui Xingji plans to invest in and construct an industrial project in Yangkou Town, Rudong County, with a total project investment of 1 billion yuan, utilizing 165 mu of land in the existing factory area of Haili Wind Power Equipment (Rudong) Co., Ltd., for the production of fuel storage tanks.
