Zhitong Finance APP News, Leike Defense (002413.SZ) disclosed the 2026 restricted stock incentive plan (draft), proposing to grant a total of no more than 52.70 million restricted shares to incentive recipients, accounting for 3.99% of the company's total share capital at the time of announcement of this incentive plan. This incentive plan is a one-time grant with no reserved rights. The total number of proposed incentive recipients shall not exceed 470, and the grant price is 4.13 yuan per share.
