(hereinafter referred to as "Jinda Capital") and 9 other limited partners, jointly signed the "Partnership Agreement" in Guangzhou. All parties agreed to jointly initiate the establishment of a limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Investment Fund" or "Partnership"); among them, the company, as a limited partner, subscribed to contribute RMB 10 million with its own funds, holding a 24.33% share of the Investment Fund.
