Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) entered into a finance lease agreement in respect of relevant equipment under its independent energy storage business.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on September 16, 2026, the Company, as lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement II with the lessee, Shanxi Jingjin Feipeng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The lessor will purchase the lessee's own leased assets II, with a transfer price of RMB 100 million; and the lessor will lease leased assets II back to the lessee, with a lease term of 72 months. The total lease payments will be approximately RMB 118.3 million, including finance lease principal of RMB 100 million and finance lease interest income (including VAT) of approximately RMB 18.3 million.
