Geekplus-W (02590) former shareholder Marcasite sells 48.9154 million shares

Zhito Finance APP News, Geekplus-W (02590) announced that the Company's Board of Directors was informed by the Company's former shareholder Marcasite Gem Holdings Limited (Marcasite) that Marcasite has sold 48,915,400 shares of the Company, representing approximately 4.78% of the total number of issued shares of the Company. Following completion of the disposal, Marcasite no longer holds any shares and is no longer a shareholder of the Company.
