Institutions stated that the beef industry has entered a boom upward window of "resonance between capacity cycle and policy drivers." According to CCTV Finance, with the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day approaching, beef consumption is gradually entering its peak season, and the market is showing a trend of rising volume and prices. Beef prices have begun to rise year on year, and beef cattle breeding profitability is improving. The recent notable increase in beef prices is driven by demand on the one hand, and on the other hand by a decline in beef cattle inventories and reduced supply. In the A-share market, beef-related concept stocks are relatively scarce. Among them, leading company Tianshan Biological has seen its stock price accumulate a gain of nearly 50% since its market rally started in late August, with three 20% daily limit-ups during the period. Delisi's main businesses include beef trading, and this business generated revenue of 242 million yuan in the first half of this year. Huatong shares announced in April this year that it signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Lishu County government for the entire beef cattle industry chain, planning to invest 1 billion yuan to develop large-scale breeding of 100,000 beef cattle and supporting feed processing projects. Guangming Meat has beef and mutton resources in New Zealand, and its controlled Silver Fern Farms is one of the largest beef and mutton slaughtering enterprises locally. Its beef and mutton revenue in the first half of this year was 8.613 billion yuan. From the perspective of the A-share breeding sector, affected by the continued sluggishness of pork prices, the breeding sector generally suffered losses in the first half of this year. However, judging from the market performance in the second half of the year, the breeding sector has begun to fluctuate upward. Based on institutional research during the year, 12 breeding stocks received institutional research, among which Wens Foodstuff Group, Giant Star Farming & Husbandry, and Yisheng Shares received research from more than 100 institutions.
