Yuk Wing Group (01536) receives sale of 38.54% shares by controlling shareholder Choi Fai, ceases to be controlling shareholder.

Zhito Finance APP News, Yuk Wing Group (01536) announced that on September 15, 2026 (after trading hours), the board of directors of the Company was informed by Choi Fai Investment Limited (Choi Fai), the controlling shareholder of the Company, that it had disposed of a total of 176 million shares of the Company (the Shares) during the period from September 8, 2026 to September 15, 2026, representing approximately 38.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Immediately prior to the share disposal, Choi Fai had an interest in 188 million Shares, representing approximately 41.27% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Immediately following the share disposal, Choi Fai held 12,446,000 Shares, representing approximately 2.73% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement, and therefore ceased to be the controlling shareholder of the Company.
