Shenma Industry: Completed cancellation of 2.9541 million repurchased treasury shares

Shenma Co., Ltd. announced that in 2024 the company cumulatively repurchased 12.7801 million shares, accounting for 1.224% of total share capital, for a total amount of RMB 99.5399 million. Of these, 9.826 million shares have been used for the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan granted to 215 incentive recipients, while the remaining 2.9541 million shares were unused. The company has completed the cancellation of this remaining portion of treasury shares. After cancellation, total share capital decreased from 1.091 billion shares to 1.078 billion shares, and the shareholding ratio of controlling shareholder China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group and its persons acting in concert increased from 59.94% to 60.11%. This cancellation will not have a material impact on the company's finances or operations, nor will it affect the company's listing status.
