Hiconics Eco-energy Technology: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to acquire 15% equity of a controlled subsidiary for 7.5 million yuan.

Hiconics Eco-energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Meikang Energy, plans to use its own funds of 7.5 million yuan to acquire a 15% equity stake in Meikang Photovoltaic, a controlled subsidiary of the company, held by Wang Shizhen. Prior to this transaction, Meikang Energy held an 80% equity stake in Meikang Photovoltaic; after the transaction is completed, its shareholding ratio will rise to 95%, and Meikang Photovoltaic will remain a controlled subsidiary of the company, with no change in the scope of consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not involve a related-party transaction, does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation. Equity delivery and other procedures still need to be handled, and there is a certain degree of uncertainty.
