Huaxin Technology: Controlling subsidiary plans to acquire 100% equity of Ruiyi Environmental Protection

Huaxin Technology announced that its controlled subsidiary, Anhui Huaxin Jintong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., plans to acquire 100% equity of Anhui Ruiyi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. with its own funds. After the acquisition is completed, Ruiyi Environmental Protection will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring and does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. At present, the acquisition agreement has not yet been signed, and the relevant matters remain uncertain. This acquisition will help the company extend its layout in the recycled cathode copper industry and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness in the recycled copper and precious metals sectors.
