Qichacha APP shows that Zhejiang Lingzhen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Song Yining as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.26 billion yuan. Its business scope includes automotive parts research and development; manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories; research and development of special electronic materials; energy storage technology services; battery manufacturing; production of battery components, etc. Qichacha equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhejiang Lingxiao Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Leapmotor.
