According to MGI Tech, on September 11, BioMap Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. announced the formal signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with MGI Tech. The two parties will, targeting specific customers and R&D scenarios, jointly build dedicated cell foundation models, with a focus on enhancing capabilities such as cell state modeling and perturbation response prediction. On this basis, they will build dedicated high-quality data infrastructure for virtual cells and virtual perturbations, explore integrated product models such as "equipment + models + agents," and accelerate the AI4S process.
