The newly appointed chairman Xu Enli's "first fire" after taking office has been directed at Vanke's organizational structure. Recently, it has been reported that Vanke has officially dissolved its Group Office Division, reducing the number of divisions from 8 to 7. The former head of the Office Division, Lu Bing, has concurrently been appointed as the head of AVIC Vanke. This division was established in October 2024 and has only lasted for 22 months before being dissolved in this adjustment. Regarding this adjustment, the reporter sought confirmation from Vanke but had not received a response by the time of publication. However, Vanke Group's website has quietly completed the update of its organizational structure information: currently, it retains only 7 divisions, including property, commercial and hotel, long-term rental apartments, overseas operations, food, logistics, and financial services, with the Office Division removed from the list. This follows a major restructuring in September 2025, which established the new pattern of "Group Headquarters + Regional Companies + Divisions" and represents another significant simplification. This adjustment is also widely viewed within the industry as the first major move since Xu Enli's appointment.
