Chengzhi Co., Ltd. announced that on August 18, 2026, the company received a letter from the fund manager Qingdao Dingrong Private Equity, deciding to terminate the establishment, filing, and subsequent related work of the Dingrong Emerging Fund. As of the date of this letter, the Dingrong Emerging Fund has not yet been established, has not completed the filing with the China Fund Industry Association, and has not commenced substantive operations. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Chengzhi Innovation has not made any actual contributions to this fund. This termination will not have any impact on the company's production and operations, and there are no circumstances that would harm the interests of the company or all its shareholders.
