Boheng Technology announced that Shanghai Depeng Industrial Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 2.3555 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from May 29, 2026, to August 17, 2026, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, Shanghai Depeng will hold 11.8044 million shares of the company, representing 5.00% of the total share capital, and this reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented.
