Zhiyang Innovation Announcement: The total amount of funds raised in this issuance does not exceed 903,619,000 yuan. After deducting issuance costs, all raised funds are intended to be used for the research and development projects of multi-domain embodied intelligence and AI entities, the research and development projects of intelligent perception terminals and their analytical management platforms, the industrialization upgrade and transformation of the universal AI perception terminal, as well as the construction of supporting energy facilities, the supplementation of working capital, and the repayment of interest-bearing liabilities. Within the scope of the aforementioned investment projects funded by the raised funds, the company may make appropriate adjustments to the sequence and specific amounts of investments in the corresponding projects based on actual circumstances such as project progress and funding needs.
