Wangsu Technology announced that its revenue in the first half of 2026 was 2.318 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.38%; the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 348 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.61%. This was mainly due to the completion of the equity transfer of a subsidiary in the second quarter of last year. Under the same scope of consolidation, revenue increased by 13.11% year-on-year. The company plans to issue a cash dividend of 0.8 yuan for every 10 shares based on a total of 2.496 billion shares, amounting to a total cash payout of 199 million yuan. In addition, the company plans to use 300 million to 600 million yuan to repurchase shares and cancel them, pending approval from the shareholders' meeting.
