Tianhe Solar announced that on August 14, 2026, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Gao Jifan, along with his concerted acting party, Jiangsu Panji Investment Co., Ltd., transferred and reduced their holdings in the company by a total of 36.3 million shares through an inquiry process, accounting for 1.5496% of the total share capital, at a transfer price of 12.59 yuan per share. After this equity change, the shareholding ratio of Gao Jifan and his concerted acting party decreased from 32.5921% to 31.0425%, reaching a change in integer multiples of 1%, which will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller. The transferees include Morgan Stanley International Holdings and 8 other institutions, with a lock-up period of 6 months.
