The Huaihe River Commission Hydrological Bureau has upgraded the flood orange warning for the Shaying River Jieshou Station.

According to the Hydrology Bureau of the Hua River Water Resources Commission, at 8 a.m. on the 14th, the Bureau upgraded the flood orange alert for the Shaying River at the Jieshou Station. The Shaying River is a first-grade tributary of the Huai River. Due to the residual circulation effects of Typhoon "White Dolphin," the water level at the Jieshou Station of the Shaying River in Fuyang City, Anhui Province, reached 37.81 meters at 7:36 a.m. on the 14th, exceeding the warning level by 0.81 meters, with further increases in the water level expected. The Hydrology Bureau of the Huai River Water Resources Commission issued the flood orange alert according to the "Management Measures for the Release of Water Condition Warning in the Huai River Basin," affecting areas including Zhoukou City in Henan Province and Fuyang City in Anhui Province. The Bureau urges relevant regional units and the public to closely monitor changes in rainfall and to strengthen prevention efforts and respond actively.
