According to the Qichacha APP, Shenzhen Zhijing Lianchuang Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Chen Heqian as the legal representative. The registered capital is 60 million yuan, and the business scope includes the manufacturing of optoelectronic devices; sales of optoelectronic devices; manufacturing of electronic components; manufacturing of power electronic components; and manufacturing of optical communication equipment, among others. The equity penetration information from Qichacha shows that the company is co-owned by Shenzhen Zhishang Xinke Technology Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhishang Technology, and Liu Dongli.
