According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on August 11, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission released Announcement No. 2026/500/AD38R1. In response to a request from manufacturers in the Eurasian Economic Union, an anti-dumping circumstance change review investigation has been initiated for titanium dioxide originating in China. The products involved are pigments with a dry weight of 80% or more of titanium dioxide, under the tariff number 3206110000 of the Eurasian Economic Union, but exclude titanium dioxide used in the production of fragrances, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food. During the investigation period, the collection of anti-dumping duties will be suspended. The announcement takes effect from the date of publication.
