Jiang Xiaoyang, the former deputy general manager of Ganjiang Holding Group Co., Ltd., has been expelled from the Party and dismissed from his employment.

With the approval of the Jiangxi Province Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervisory Commission, the Jiangxi Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd. Discipline Inspection Commission and the Nanchang Municipal Supervisory Commission have initiated a case investigation into serious disciplinary violations and illegal activities by Jiang Xiaoyang, former party committee member and deputy general manager of Ganjiang Holding Group Co., Ltd. The investigation revealed that Jiang Xiaoyang had lost his ideals and beliefs, deviated from his original mission, lacked loyalty and honesty towards the Party, and resisted organizational scrutiny; disregarded the spirit of the Eight Regulations issued by the central government, accepted gifts and monetary benefits that could affect the impartial performance of official duties, and improperly accepted arrangements for tourism activities; violated organizational principles by seeking benefits for others in matters of cadre promotions and employee recruitment; failed to uphold the baseline of integrity, engaged in profit-making activities in violation of regulations, and improperly accepted remuneration for part-time jobs; abused his power by unlawfully intervening in and involving himself in the bidding and contracting of construction projects; treated public power as a tool for personal gain, used his position to facilitate interests for others in engineering project contracts, project fund settlements, and other areas, and illegally accepted substantial amounts of property.
