Zijin Mining announced that for the mid-term profit distribution in 2026, a cash dividend of 0.42 yuan per share will be distributed to all A-share shareholders based on 20,524,318,548 shares, totaling 8.62 billion yuan. The equity registration date is August 20, 2026, while the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date are August 21. The cash dividends for A-shares held by Minxi Xinghang State-owned Assets Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. will be distributed directly by the company, while the dividends for other A-share shareholders will be distributed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch. Different types of shareholders are subject to different tax policies.
