Shengnuo Pharmaceutical-B (02257.HK) has completed the issuance of a total of 2,435,600 subscription shares, raising approximately HKD 11.3 million.

Zhuhai Investment Group announced that all the conditions precedent of the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription was completed on August 12, 2026. A total of 2,435,600 subscription shares (approximately 2.17% of the total issued shares immediately following completion) were allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 4.69 per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately HKD 11.3 million. The group intends to use the proceeds from the subscription for its general working capital.
