Ningde Times established a holding company that includes AI software development business.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Times Electric Service Holdings Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 6.1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: development of basic software for artificial intelligence; sales of electric accessories for new energy vehicles; data processing and storage support services; information technology consulting services, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by CATL.
