Zhitong Finance APP news, Qingdao Bank (03866.HK) announced that it has received the "Approval from the Qingdao Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration on the Qualification of Zhang Shixing as an Independent Director of Qingdao Bank" (Qing Jin Fu [2026] No. 158). The Qingdao Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration has approved Mr. Zhang Shixings qualification as an independent non-executive director of the bank. According to relevant regulations, Mr. Zhang Shixing will officially assume the positions of independent non-executive director, chairman of the Board Audit Committee, member of the Board Remuneration Committee, member of the Board Nomination Committee, and member of the Board Related Transactions Control Committee, starting from August 10, 2026. With Mr. Zhang Shixing's appointment, Mr. Fan Xuejun will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director of the bank or hold positions on the relevant special committees of the Board.
