Jinlong Co.: Judicial auction of 16.5 million shares by shareholders withdrawn due to settlement.

Jinlong Co., Ltd. announced that the 16.5 million shares held by shareholders Zhu Fenglian and Yang Zhimiao, which were previously disclosed to be auctioned publicly on the JD.com judicial auction platform from August 13 to 14, have been withdrawn after the parties reached a settlement agreement. The company will promptly disclose relevant developments.
