Jiulian Technology: Adjustment of core technical personnel, new additions Wu Kaigang and Deng Chongwang.

JiuLian Technology announced that on August 10, 2026, there will be adjustments to the core technical personnel. Former core technical staff Xu Hua and He Yunhua will no longer be recognized as core technical personnel due to changes in their work content, but they will continue to work in the company; newly recognized core technical personnel include Wu Kaigang and Deng Chongwang. After the adjustments, the company will have a total of 4 core technical personnel. This adjustment does not involve any disputes over the ownership of employee invention patents and will not have a substantial adverse impact on the company. The newly added personnel will help advance R&D projects.
