Lianchuang Co., Ltd. announced that the company previously acquired a 20% equity stake in Inner Mongolia Lianhe Fluorocarbon New Materials Co., Ltd. through a public bidding process, with a transaction price of 61.8511 million yuan. As of the announcement date, Inner Mongolia Lianhe has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the aforementioned equity transfer, and after the change, the company holds 100% of the equity in Inner Mongolia Lianhe.
