Hua Te Da Yin announced that it recently received a letter from shareholder Guo Weisong, who holds more than 5% of the shares, informing that he will pledge 15,723,300 shares to Guotou Securities Co., Ltd., accounting for 69.20% of his holdings and 6.71% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is August 10, 2026, and the expiration date will be until the procedures for lifting the pledge are completed, with the purpose of meeting his own funding needs. As of the announcement date, Guo Weisong holds 22,720,000 shares, accounting for 9.70%. The pledged shares currently do not face the risk of liquidation or forced transfer, and there will be no change in the actual control of the company.
