Hanbang Technology announced that from August 7 to 11, 2026, its shareholder Hangzhou Qingke Zhisheng Investment Partnership reduced its holdings by 283,138 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.25% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, its total shareholding percentage, along with its concerted actors Shanghai Qingke Gongchuang Investment Partnership and Ni Zhengdong, decreased from 8.25% to 8.00%, reaching a 1% threshold. This reduction is in line with a previously planned execution and has not been completed yet; it will not result in a change of actual controller and will have no significant impact on the company.
