Liyang Chip: Private Placement Application Accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

Liyang Chip announced that on August 11, 2026, it received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Guangdong Liyang Chip Testing Co., Ltd. for listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. The Shanghai Stock Exchange believes that the application documents are complete and in compliance with legal forms, and has decided to accept the application and conduct a legal review. The companys issuance of A-shares to specific objects still requires approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the decision to be registered by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
