On August 10 at 14:07, the Changshu City Meteorological Station upgraded the heavy rain red alert signal: affected by Typhoon No. 13 "White Dolphin," some streets in our city, especially in the Economic Development Zone and Haiyu Town, have accumulated rainfall exceeding 200 millimeters. It is expected that heavy precipitation will continue this afternoon until evening, with rain intensity significantly weakening at night. The Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, and Meteorological Bureau jointly remind everyone to strengthen preventive measures.
