China Railway Construction Corporation has established an ecological environment investment and development company in Hainan.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hainan Tiegong Ecological Environment Investment Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Rongyao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The business scope includes: consulting services related to water conservancy; water pollution control; sales of aquaculture and marine biological resource utilization equipment; sales of marine engineering equipment; and marine services, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned indirectly by China Railway.
